成长中的十个启示

      ——李开复

1.自信不失谦虚，谦虚不失自信。

李开复用他自己小时候的一个故事来说明，小学时他地成绩一直很好，都是满分，邻居阿姨来的时候他就很有自信的吹嘘自己的聪明，没戏考试都能拿到满分，等他一次考试只有90几分的时候，就被母亲打得很惨，打的原因不是因为他没有拿到满分，是因为他不够谦虚，太过自大。

2.天赋就是兴趣，兴趣就是天赋。

李开复大学刚接触电脑的时候就产生了浓厚的兴趣，因此在选择专业的时候选择了电脑这一方面，他以后的成功也证明了当初选择时的正确。对自己感兴趣的东西，才会不断地去学习，成为天赋。

3.思考比传递更重要，观点比解惑更重要。

4.我不同意你，但是我支持你。

这是李开复做博士论文的时候，他的印度老师对他说的话，当时他有自己的想法，与导师的要求不一样，但导师还是帮他购买仪器等需要的东西，支持他完成了当时在语音识别领域最前沿的博士论文。

5.挫折不是惩罚而是学习的机会。

6.创新不重要，有用的创新才重要。

在苹果的时候他们开发过一种浏览器，三维的图像在当时看似很难，却没有对准客户的需求，最后研发团队解体，100人里90个因此失业。

7.用勇气改变可以改变的事情，用胸怀接受不能改变的事情，用智慧分辨两者的不同。

当初李开复离开微软取Google的时候，遭到微软的起诉，面对媒体各种报道，尤其大部分是负面报道，起初陷入的是一阵抑郁期。媒体的报道就是不能改变的事情，要改变的是自己找到证据证明他们的错误，从微软给他的3000多封图片格式中的信件中，不能直接检索，他通过自己的方法最后还是找到了有用的证据，最后微软撤诉，他也成功的进入了Google。

8.求知若饥，虚心若愚。

Stay hungry, Stay foolish.Steve jobs的一句话。

9.消遣你的心，用它引领你的一生，任何其他事物都是次要的。

这里讲到的是用心选择，从他最先选择提前进入小学，出国，大学里选择电脑专业，到离开苹果，离开微软，离开谷歌，不管是什么选择，追寻自己的兴趣，不断的学习。

10.你的价值不是你拥有多少，而是你留下多少。

 人生的目的是什么。。。

my gifts is fear, for somepeople,they need thesekind of  activities,in order to feel free, to feel for felt , you now, I happened to be those people,I happened to be one of thesekinds people who needs to do these kinds of things in order to be happy person,I mean life is just  batchs of experience u have to  before u die, that's really is, it is simple, and I just want to make these experience as incredible as possible as I can."————Jeb Corliss

要理解一个月的价值，就去听听辛苦生下早产儿的母亲们的看法
要理解一星期的价值，就去听听周刊总编的看法
要理解一小时的价值，就去听听苦苦等待对方的恋人们的看法
要理解一分钟的价值，就去听听赶的电车刚巧过站的人们的看法
要理解一秒钟的价值，就去听听刚才恰好避开事故的人的看法
要理解十分之一秒的价值，就去听听奥林匹克上与金牌失之交臂的人的看法
时钟的指针在不停行走，
所以，要好好地珍惜你的每分每秒，然后，要给予今天最大限度的赠予

Today we have higher buildings and wider highways,but shorter temperaments and narrower points of view;
今天我们拥有了更高层的楼宇以及更宽阔的公路，但是我们的性情却更为急躁，眼光也更加狭隘；
We spend more,but enjoy less;
我们消耗的更多，享受到的却更少；
We have bigger houses,but smaller famillies;
我们的住房更大了，但我们的家庭却更小了；
We have more compromises,but less time;
我们妥协更多，时间更少；
We have more knowledge,but less judgment;
我们拥有了更多的知识，可判断力却更差了；
We have more medicines,but less health;
我们有了更多的药品，但健康状况却更不如意；
We have multiplied out possessions,but reduced out values;
我们拥有的财富倍增，但其价值却减少了；
We talk much,we love only a little,and we hate too much;
我们说的多了，爱的却少了，我们的仇恨也更多了；
We reached the Moon and came back,but we find it troublesome to cross our own street and meet our neighbors;
我们可以往返月球，但却难以迈出一步去亲近我们的左邻右舍；
We have conquered the uter space,but not our inner space;
我们可以征服外太空，却征服不了我们的内心；
We have highter income,but less morals;
我们的收入增加了，但我们的道德却少了；
These are times with more liberty,but less joy;
我们的时代更加自由了，但我们拥有的快乐时光却越来越少；
We have much more food,but less nutrition;
我们有了更多的食物，但所能得到的营养却越来越少了；
These are the days in which it takes two salaries for each home,but divorces increase;
现在每个家庭都可以有双份收入，但离婚的现象越来越多了；
These are times of finer houses,but more broken homes;
现在的住房越来越精致，但我们也有了更多破碎的家庭；
That's why I propose,that as of today;
这就是我为什么要说，让我们从今天开始；
You do not keep anything for a special occasion.because every day that you live is a SPECIAL OCCASION.
不要将你的东西为了某一个特别的时刻而预留着，因为你生活的每一天都是那么特别；
Search for knowledge,read more ,sit on your porch and admire the view without paying attention to your needs;
寻找更我的知识，多读一些书，坐在你家的前廊里，以赞美的眼光去享受眼前的风景，不要带上任何功利的想法；
Spend more time with your family and friends,eat your favorite foods,visit the places you love;
花多点时间和朋友与家人在一起，吃你爱吃的食物，去你想去的地方；
Life is a chain of moments of enjoyment;not only about survival;
生活是一串串的快乐时光；我们不仅仅是为了生存而生存；
Use your crystal goblets.Do not save your best perfume,and use it every time you feel you want it.
举起你的水晶酒杯吧。不要吝啬洒上你最好的香水，你想用的时候就享用吧！
Remove from your vocabulary phrases like"one of these days"or "someday";
从你的词汇库中移去所谓的“有那么一天”或者“某一天”；
Let's write that letter we thought of writing "one of these days"!
曾打算“有那么一天”去写的信，就在今天吧！
Let's tell our families and friends how much we love them;
告诉家人和朋友，我们是多么地爱他们；
Do not delay anything that adds laughter and joy to your life;
不要延迟任何可以给你的生活带来欢笑与快乐的事情；
Every day,every hour,and every minute is special;
每一天、每一小时、每一分钟都是那么特别；
And you don't know if it will be your last.
你无从知道这是否最后刻。

the sun hide itself into the darkness...
the wave left me behind...
the light like the star...
shining along the coast..

dark and peace...
the pulsation of my heart remind me that i am still alive...
the shearwater puch wing harder  againsting the wind....
they up, and down, up and down...sometimes fall..sometime dash...
like someone never submit...
they catch up the boat...wave wing to us...

the pharos like the eyes of the sea...
lead us the right direction...
slowly..slightly..

the wind comes down...
it wipes people's tears slightly...
washs up people's heart...
fill it with hope and tranquilce...
time escape slightly while the darkness cover the whole sky...
the peaseful night was coming...

i seat on the beach...
watch the tide rises and ebb....
tide and ebb...
like people's whole life...
rise and ebb..
rise and ebb...
left the sadness on the coast...
and move on bravely....
it always has new challenge...
always new ways...
but youngster never be beaten...
because they have hope and the idea of strive....
willing to face anything...but surrender to life....
hold your life by ur hand, my friend...
